We stand by our gear. If your GORUCK product has a defect in materials or workmanship, or if you wear it out through heavy use, we will repair or replace it for life.

Sizing depends on your torso length and intended use. The 21L is generally best for individuals under 5'8", while the 26L is ideal for those 5'9" and taller or those needing extra cargo space.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all products in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please note that event registrations are non-refundable.
How should I clean my rucksack after a challenge?
We recommend hand washing your ruck in a tub with cold water and mild soap. Air dry only; never put your GORUCK gear in a washing machine or dryer as it can damage the materials.
